Let's face it - it doesn't matter if you are new to running or have been training for a while - we are all getting older. As we age our lean muscle starts breaking down and our bodies need some focused love and attention to certain areas to allow us to perform at our best.

Runners have very specific needs which is why we will be working with you to demonstrate strength training exercises that will target the areas where runners need that extra tender loving care.
