Beginner Triathlon New Plymouth

Welcome to the beginner triathlon course for Taranaki. This online part of the program has been modified from our online course to supplement our group training sessions in New Plymouth.

Ideally you will attend all the group training sessions each week but in the event you miss a session you can use the online module and training set as a substitute.
